As of September 2014, Best Buy has recycled 1 billion pounds of e-waste at it’s stores over the last six years. ERI was at Best Buy’s Corporate Headquarters in Menneapolis, Minnessota to join in congratulating and celebrating this milestone with our friends and partners at Best Buy.
But 1 billion pounds isn’t enough — Best Buy has set their new goal at 2 billion pounds of e-waste recycled, and is hoping to hit that goal by 2020.
